PACKAGING
We pack every order with love and care. Your jewellery will be sent in a reusable satin pouch. Items that might need extra protection are put in a beautiful DIVINE ORNAMENTS box. Every package includes a handwritten note to ensure each customer that we appreciate them supporting our small business.
We try to present your order as beautifully as possible whilst avoiding the use of unnecessary packaging, so please be aware that your jewellery items may not be sent individually packaged.
UK SHIPPING
- 1st Class Tracked: £3.99 (1-2 working days. Order must be placed by 12pm. If an order is placed on Saturday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday)
- UK Next Day Guaranteed delivery by 1pm: £6.99 (Order before 12pm. Does not guarantee delivery on Sundays)
- Free 1st Class Tracked for order over £50
Please bear in mind that orders may be subject to delays due to the postal services that are outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Europe:
- Tracked & signed: £6.99 (3-10 working days, does not include weekends)
- Free Tracked & signed delivery for orders over £75
International:
- Tracked & signed: £7.99 (3-10 working days, does not include weekends)
- Free Tracked & signed delivery for order over £75
- For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control on how much the charges are and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days from the date of placing your order, pop over an email to divinesilverornaments@gmail.com.
Please note that if you refuse the acceptance of your order because of duties or taxes payable and it is returned to sender, it can only be refunded once it is received safely back by us. Please note shipping will not be refundable in this instance, and if your order qualified for free shipping then shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
