Return and Exchange

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at divinesilverornaments@gmail.com.

For UK Orders:

• We will provide a Royal Mail return label for your return.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or process an exchange.
• The refund amount will be the price of the product (excluding any shipping fees you paid when placing the order).
• A £2.50 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For International Orders:

• The buyer is responsible for returning the item, as we cannot purchase return labels outside of the UK.
• We do not offer exchanges for international orders. You will need to place a new order if you'd like a different item.
• Once the product is received by us, a refund will be issued for the price of the product (excluding any shipping fees you paid when placing the order).
